Hi 👋🏻

Planning a trip may be the most tiring thing for you, but for me it’s most exciting. But no matter how much I plan, I never make myself satisfied.

And that’s why I was searching for the best way to make an amazing plan. I’ve got something that is what I’m sharing with you today!

Here is how it works.

First, pick 3 places you want to see.

This forces you to focus on what actually matters instead of trying to cover an entire city or country. You enjoy more by doing less, and you give yourself space to explore instead of rushing.

Next, choose 3 things you want to do.

These are your anchor experiences, maybe it is trying local food, visiting a landmark, or doing something unique to that place. Once you lock these in, your trip already has structure. Everything else becomes optional.

Finally, plan 3 ways to relax or stay flexible.

This is the part most people ignore. Leave room for slow mornings, random discoveries, or doing absolutely nothing. That is often where the best travel moments come from, not the perfectly planned ones..

What makes the 3-3-3 rule powerful is that it removes decision fatigue. You are no longer trying to optimise every second. Instead, you are creating a simple, balanced trip, a bit of exploration, a bit of activity, and a bit of breathing room.

And here is the surprising part. When you limit your plan, your experience actually improves. You stop treating travel like a checklist and start enjoying it like it is meant to be. That’s what called experience led travel.

Thank you!

So next time you are planning a trip, do not open twenty tabs. Start with three decisions. Three places. Three things. Hope it helped you!

See you on Tuesday!
